Terms of Service
Last updated: 2026-04-17
1. Acceptance
By booking a notary service through this site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Services offered
We offer mobile notary, loan signing, and Remote Online Notarization (RON) services. The notary is physically located in Texas. Signers may be located anywhere in the United States for RON sessions. Fees and included services are posted publicly on our Fee Schedule.
3. Booking and payment
Booking is subject to availability and owner approval. We authorize your card at booking (no charge) and capture payment only after the appointment is complete or the RON session concludes. Fees are disclosed at booking.
4. Cancellation and refunds
If we cancel or cannot complete your appointment, the authorization hold is released and you are not charged. You may cancel before the scheduled time; the hold will be released. No-shows may be charged the full authorized amount.
5. Identification requirement
You must present a valid government-issued photo ID at the time of notarization. RON sessions additionally require knowledge-based authentication (KBA).
6. Limitations
We are not attorneys and cannot give legal advice or draft documents for you. We notarize documents you provide; we do not certify their content.
7. Recording notice
RON sessions are audio-video recorded and retained per Texas law (minimum 5 years). Recordings are stored securely on the BlueNotary platform.
8. SMS terms
By providing your mobile number through our website, by calling or texting our business number, or by requesting follow-up during a call, you consent to receive conversational SMS messages from Houston Mobile Notary Pros related to your requested services. These messages may include customer care, quote coordination, scheduling, appointment reminders, and service follow-up.
Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out. Reply HELP for help.
9. Liability
Our liability for any claim arising from services is limited to the fees paid for the service at issue. We are not liable for consequential damages.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Disputes will be resolved in courts located in Harris County, Texas.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms; the "Last updated" date will reflect the most recent revision.
