Houston Mobile Notary Pros is a commissioned Texas Notary Public and Online Notary authorized by the Texas Secretary of State. RON services are performed in compliance with Texas Government Code Chapter 406, Subchapters A and C, and 1 Texas Administrative Code Chapter 87. Our basic $35 online offer covers one signer and one eligible notarial act: $10 traditional notarial fee plus $25 online notarization fee, with no added platform fee. Additional scope requires an itemized quote within applicable Texas fee limits. An itemized receipt is provided upon completion of each session. Session recordings are retained for a minimum of 5 years. Notary records are retained for a minimum of 10 years per SB 693 (effective September 1, 2025).
