A mobile notary is a commissioned notary public who travels to your location instead of working from a fixed office. We come to homes, offices, hospitals, coffee shops, or wherever is convenient for you.
We can notarize almost any legal document that requires a notarial act, including power of attorney forms, real estate deeds, affidavits, wills, trusts, medical directives, business contracts, vehicle title transfers, and immigration documents. We cannot provide legal advice or draft documents.
No. Notaries are witnesses to signatures — we verify identity and observe the signing. We do not provide legal advice, explain document terms, or advise on whether a document is in your interest. For legal questions, consult a licensed attorney.
Yes—a valid, government-issued photo ID (driver’s license, passport, or state ID) and the unsigned documents you need notarized. Do not sign the documents before the notary arrives.
Most appointments in the Clear Lake and Webster area can be scheduled within 2 hours. For locations further out, we typically need 3–4 hours of notice. Same-day service is available seven days a week.
When you book online, your card is authorized (a hold is placed) but not charged. We only capture the payment after the appointment is complete. If we cancel for any reason, the hold is released automatically.
No. Our pricing page lists every fee, including travel surcharges for locations beyond the included radius. The price you see at booking is the price you pay.
Our standard mobile notary fee covers up to 4 notarizations (stamps). If you need more than 4, contact us for a custom quote.
We accept all major credit and debit cards through our secure online booking system. Payment is processed through Stripe.
A loan signing agent is a notary public who has been specifically trained and certified to handle mortgage and real estate closing documents. Our agents are NNA-certified and experienced with all major lender packages.
Yes. We coordinate directly with your title company or settlement agent to receive documents, confirm closing details, and return the signed package—typically via overnight courier the same day.
In most cases, yes. With at least 2 hours of notice, we can accommodate same-day closings in the Greater Houston area.
Yes. Texas authorized remote online notarization under House Bill 1217, effective September 1, 2017. Documents notarized via RON carry the same legal weight as those notarized in person.
A computer, tablet, or phone with a camera, a stable internet connection, and a government-issued photo ID. The session is conducted over a secure video call.
Most sessions complete in 15–30 minutes, including identity verification and document signing.
You can sign from anywhere, but the notary must be commissioned in Texas and the documents must be permitted for online notarization under Texas law. Contact us with your specific situation and we’ll advise.
