Houston Mobile Notary Pros is a commissioned Texas Notary Public and Online Notary authorized by the Texas Secretary of State. RON services are performed in compliance with Texas Government Code Chapter 406, Subchapters A and C, and 1 Texas Administrative Code Chapter 87. Fees include a notarial act fee (capped per §§ 406.024 and 406.111) and a separately disclosed technology and service fee. An itemized receipt is provided upon completion of each session. Session recordings are retained for a minimum of 5 years. Notary records are retained for a minimum of 10 years per SB 693 (effective September 1, 2025).
