Legal documents · Notarized at your location
Legal documents move on deadlines, and they move on people. Houston Mobile Notary Pros brings a certified, insured notary to you — your office, your home, a hospital room, a conference room downtown — and gets your affidavits, powers of attorney, and sworn statements executed correctly the first time. No courthouse trips, no re-scheduled meetings, no notary drama.
— sworn statements for court, insurance claims, name changes, residency
— general, limited, durable, medical / healthcare
— advance directives, HIPAA authorizations, out-of-hospital DNR
— consent forms, relinquishments, related attestations
— non-homestead, affidavits of heirship, transfer-on-death
— guarantor acknowledgments, trust documents, settlement releases
— motions, verifications, jurats, authenticated copies
— notarization for documents that will later need an apostille (we notarize; you handle the Secretary of State submission)
Tip for attorneys and paralegals: if you need multi-signer coordination (spouse + third party + witness), we handle it onsite in a single visit. No back-and-forth.
Most same-week requests get scheduled within 2 hours. Rush and after-hours available.
Home, office, hospital, care facility, coffee shop — we meet you where it's convenient.
Valid government ID required for each signer. Your document stays with you; we only handle the notarial certificate.
Digital record kept per Texas state requirements. You walk away with fully notarized documents.
— we handle patient-room visits including Houston Methodist (main + Clear Lake), Memorial Hermann (TMC, Southeast, Memorial City), Texas Children's, MD Anderson, Baylor St. Luke's, Clear Lake Regional Medical Center, and the HCA Houston Healthcare network. We know check-in protocols and work with family members when the patient has limited mobility.

Yes, we can notarize documents in any language as long as the signer can communicate directly with the notary (no interpreter per Texas rules). We recommend you prepare a translated copy or consult with your attorney before signing.
We coordinate multi-signer jobs onsite. If signers cannot be present together, separate visits can be scheduled — a second visit is typically a separate service call.
