Compliance note:Notarial fees comply with Texas Government Code §406.024. Service fees (travel, convenience, scheduling) are separate from statutory notarial act fees. RON additional seal fee of $25 is per Texas Secretary of State guidance for online notarizations.
Both mobile notary and loan signing include travel within a base radius. Beyond that, flat surcharges apply—no per-mile metering.

When you book, your card is authorized (a hold is placed) but not charged. We only capture the payment after your appointment is complete and you are satisfied with the service. If we cancel for any reason, the hold is released automatically.
Houston Mobile Notary Pros provides these fees in compliance with Texas Government Code § 406.024 (standard notary fees) and § 406.111 (online notarization surcharge). An itemized receipt will be provided for all services rendered. Fees are subject to change; the current schedule is effective as of the date of booking. This fee schedule constitutes our written disclosure as required under Texas notary law.
