Texas law requires the signer to be conscious, coherent, and able to understand what they are signing. If the signer is under heavy sedation or unable to communicate, we cannot proceed.
We notarize documents, but we cannot draft them. Please have your attorney or the hospital provide the documents before our arrival.
The signer must have a valid, government-issued photo ID (driver's license, passport, or state ID). Expired IDs cannot be accepted.
